Idle Space Colony begins with a single astronaut gathering energy by hand on a barren Homeworld. Tap to collect energy yourself, then build Solar Panels, Mining Drones, Hydroponics Bays, Fusion Reactors, and eventually a Quantum Lab that all generate power automatically every second. Cross enough lifetime energy and your colony expands to a new world -- Red Moon, Ice Station, Gas Giant Ring, and finally a Deep Space Outpost -- each one adding a permanent output multiplier to everything you build after.
Keep an eye on your lifetime energy total, not just your current balance -- planet thresholds are based on everything you've ever earned, so even energy you've already spent is still pushing you toward the next world.
What do the different planets actually change in Idle Space Colony?
Each planet you reach -- Red Moon, Ice Station, Gas Giant Ring, Deep Space Outpost -- adds a permanent 20% multiplier to both your click power and your buildings' automatic output, stacking with every world after it.
Which building should I buy first?
Solar Panels are cheapest and unlock immediately, making them the fastest way to start automatic income; Mining Drones, Hydroponics Bays, Fusion Reactors, and the Quantum Lab cost more but each produces far more energy per second.
