The dartboard's familiar, seemingly chaotic 20-1-18-4 layout is popularly credited to a carpenter named Brian Gamlin in 1896 โ a nice story that historians have never actually been able to confirm existed. Whoever really arranged the numbers, Darts Duel keeps the real scoring zones underneath: lock your aim in two taps and see how many points you can rack up across 6 darts.
Going for the triple 20 ring on every dart is high-risk โ missing it often lands in a low-value slice right next to it, so know when to play it safer.
How does the two-tap throw work in Darts Duel?
Your first tap locks your left-right aim, and your second tap locks your up-down aim and releases the dart โ both need to land well to hit the higher-scoring zones.
What's the bullseye worth?
A bullseye is worth a flat 50 points, while the triple and double rings multiply that slice's number by three or two โ the same values as a real dartboard.
Is real darts equipment required to play?
No board to mount and no stray darts to hunt for behind the couch โ it's a free browser game on desktop or mobile.
